Planned around your reception
Run sheet planning
We map the entrance, speeches, cake cutting, bouquet toss and first dance against your venue's timings.
Custom dance mixes
Edits that join two songs for your bridal waltz, or fade into an old favourite for the father-daughter dance.
Cultural music done properly
Lebanese, Arabic and other traditional songs placed where they lift the room, not squeezed in at the end.
Microphones for speeches
Wireless mics tested before guests sit down, so the best man is heard at the back tables.
Lighting for the first dance
Soft light for the waltz, then full dance-floor lighting when the party starts.
Set-up before guests arrive
In, tested and running before guests sit down, and packed away after the last song.

The moments couples remember for the wrong reasons
When wedding DJ hire in Sydney goes wrong, it is rarely the volume.
It goes wrong on timing and on not knowing the families in the room.
Before your day we go through the run sheet with you and your MC, and confirm bump-in and curfew with the venue.
Couples who want a record of the night as well often add a photo booth or a mirror booth to the same booking, and your names or monogram can be projected onto the wall or dance floor.
What is included in a wedding booking, and what sits on top of it, is set out on the pricing page.
- ✓The first dance song cuts out or starts from the wrong point
- ✓The floor empties when the DJ switches from Arabic to pop too abruptly
- ✓Speeches run over and the dancing gets cut short
- ✓The music drowns out dinner conversation
How booking your Sydney wedding DJ works
Lock in the date
Send your wedding date and venue. We confirm availability and send a written quote.
Music meeting
We talk through your taste, the families' music, must-plays, do-not-plays and every song with a job to do.
Final run sheet
In the last weeks we lock timings with you, your MC and the venue coordinator.
On the day
Set up and sound-checked before guests arrive, then we follow the run sheet and read the room.
The first dance is the photograph everyone keeps
Dry ice sits low and holds its shape for the length of a song, so the cloud is still there when the photographer moves. Cold sparkler fountains go up behind the couple, not beside them. Supply, insurance and the venue's sign-off are handled before the day.

Wedding DJ in Sydney: common questions
Why book a DJ instead of running a playlist?
A playlist cannot tell when the room is flat, when dinner is running late or when the speeches have gone over. A DJ adjusts the order and the energy on the spot, handles the microphone for speeches and makes sure the bridal waltz starts at the right point of the right song.
How do we plan our wedding playlist?
Start with a rough timeline of the reception from guest arrival to send-off. Beside each stage, write the mood you want: relaxed while guests find their seats, lively for your entrance, slower during dinner, full energy once the floor opens. Add a few example songs or artists for each. We go through that timeline with you and build the music around it.
Can you play music for the ceremony as well as the reception?
Ask us when you enquire. If the ceremony is at the same venue, we can usually cover the walk down the aisle, signing and recessional, and then move to the reception room.
Can you make a custom mix for our first dance?
Yes. Couples often join two songs, shorten a long track or blend into a family favourite partway through. We send it to you before the day so you can practise to the final version.
Do you supply microphones for the speeches?
Yes. Wireless microphones run off the same system and are set up and tested before guests sit down, so the best man is heard at the back tables rather than by the first two rows. Speeches are on the run sheet with you and your MC before the day.
We have guests from different cultures. Can you handle that?
Yes. We regularly mix Lebanese and Arabic favourites with pop, RnB and dance. Tell us which traditional songs matter to each family and roughly when, and we build them into the night so the transitions feel natural.
Will you work with our MC and venue coordinator?
Yes. We confirm the run sheet with your MC and check bump-in times, power and noise limits with the venue before the day.
How long should we book the DJ for?
It depends on your venue package. Send us your start and finish times and we will quote to cover arrivals, speeches and the dance floor.
Is your wedding date free?
Pop in your date and venue and we'll tell you straight away. Want a photo booth or bar staff as well? Tick them in the same form. Your details are only used to answer your enquiry, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
