A bar that photographs as well as it pours
The glow bar needs a power point and about two metres, and its colour changes on a remote, so it can sit warm through dinner and go loud later. Glassware, ice and garnish come with it.

Bigger crowds or a longer night need more than the base package. These extras are quoted to your guest numbers. The glow bar comes free with every bartender package, and can also be hired on its own for the night, delivery and set-up included. Bartender packages
All packages run four hours of service with an hour of set-up and clean-up either side, and the LED glow bar comes free with every one. You supply the drinks. Priced to your guest numbers, date and venue, so send the details and we will quote you in writing. A $250 deposit confirms your date, with the balance due seven days before.

Bartender hire in Sydney: common questions
Are your bartenders RSA accredited?
Yes. Every bartender holds Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation. If your venue asks for evidence before the event, we can provide it.
Do you supply the alcohol?
No. You supply the drinks and we serve them. You buy what your guests actually drink, at retail rather than through a supplier, and whatever is left over at the end of the night is yours. We bring the staff, the bar and the service. Glassware, ice and ice tubs, beer kegs on tap, extra bartenders, mixologists and waitstaff are quoted as add-ons, and the glow bar comes free with every bartender package.
What events do you provide bartenders for?
Corporate events, weddings, engagements, hens nights, 21sts, 50ths and private parties at home or in a hired space.
How many bartenders do I need?
One bartender suits functions of around 30 guests. Most larger parties book two, and cocktail-heavy nights add a waiter or waitress. Tell us your numbers and we will recommend a set-up.
How much should we buy?
Tell us your guest numbers and how long the bar is open and we will give you a drinks list to shop from, split across beer, wine, spirits and mixers. It is easier to buy a little over and return or keep the surplus than to run dry at ten o'clock.
How long is a standard booking?
Packages are priced on four hours of service. One hour of set-up and clean-up sits outside that, so the bar is ready before guests arrive and the four hours are all service rather than part set-up.
Can you do more than four hours?
Yes. Packages are priced on four hours of service, and we can quote extra hours for longer events.
Can we hire the glow bar without bartenders?
Yes. The portable glow bar is 1.8 metres wide and 600mm deep with remote-controlled LED lighting, and hires on its own for the night including delivery and set-up. It comes free with every bartender package, so ask us for a price either way.
