Everything that arrives with the DJ
One supplier, one invoice, one point of contact from the first email to pack-down.
Sound system sized to the room
Scaled to your guest numbers and the venue, from a boardroom floor to a warehouse space. Clear enough for speeches, loud enough for the dance floor.
Wireless microphones
For the MC, the CEO's address, award announcements and any presentation running off the same system.
Dance-floor lighting
Enough to change the mood once the formalities are done, without turning a corporate function into a nightclub.
Set-up and pack-down included
In and set before guests arrive, out after the last song. Bump-in times confirmed with your venue beforehand.
A run sheet that matches yours
Speeches, award segments, video playback and the move into music are all timed against your program, not guessed on the night.
Booths and bartenders on the same booking
Add a photo booth, mirror booth, GIF booth, 360 booth or bar staff and it stays one supplier to brief and one contract to sign.

Plus 4.8 from 8 on Easy Weddings. Both cover the whole business: the DJ, the booths and the bar.

A work function is not a wedding and should not be played like one
Every corporate function we DJ in Sydney has a mixed room: people who want to dance, people who want to talk, and a few who would rather be at home.
The job is to get the formal part done cleanly, then build the night without forcing it.
Add a photo booth or the mirror booth and you give the non-dancers something to do, which is usually what keeps a function going past the speeches.
For conferences and award nights that need screens and lectern mics as well, audio visual hire in Sydney goes on the same invoice.
For launches, expos and Christmas parties that need more than a DJ, see corporate activations.
- ✓Speeches and awards run on time and are heard
- ✓Music that works across an age range, not one taste
- ✓Volume that lets people talk at the edges of the room
- ✓Branded prints on the booth if you want the night to travel
Conference by day, dance floor by ten
The hard part of a corporate night is rarely the music. It is the change-over: presentations finish, the room turns, and the first song has to land without a gap. That is planned into the run sheet before the day.

How corporate DJ hire works
Send the brief
Date, venue, guest numbers and what else is happening that night. We come back with availability and a price, usually same day.
Lock the date
A deposit holds it. You get an invoice with your PO reference and the terms your finance team needs.
Confirm the detail
Run sheet, speech timings, any tracks that must or must not play, and the venue's bump-in window and noise limits.
Event night
Set up before guests arrive, sound checked, mics tested with whoever is speaking. Pack-down starts after the last song, not before.
Corporate DJ hire in Sydney: common questions
Can you invoice the company and work to a purchase order?
Yes. Tell us the billing entity and any PO reference when you book and it goes on the invoice.
Do you have public liability insurance and can you send the certificate?
Venues often ask for this before bump-in. Request it when you book and we will send what your venue needs.
How far ahead should we book a Christmas party?
November and December book out first, often months ahead. If your date is in that window, check it early rather than late.
Can you work to our run sheet?
Yes, and we would rather have it early than on the day. Arrival music, the move to seating, speeches, awards, video playback and the switch into dancing all get timed against it beforehand, so the formal part finishes on schedule instead of eating into the night.
Can the DJ handle speeches, awards and video playback?
Yes. Wireless mics run off the same system, and audio for video or presentation playback can be patched in. Send the run sheet and any files beforehand so it is tested, not improvised.
Can you work to a music brief or a do-not-play list?
Yes to both. Some companies want a tight brief, others leave it open. Either works as long as we know before the night.
Do you cover venues outside Sydney?
Yes. Delivery, set-up and pack-down are included within Sydney metro, and beyond that we travel anywhere in Australia. Regional conferences and interstate functions work the same way — tell us where the venue is and the travel is quoted with the booking rather than added afterwards.
Can we add a booth, bar staff or AV to the same booking?
Yes. The photo booth, mirror booth, GIF booth, 360 booth, bartenders and full audio visual can all go on one booking with the DJ, on one invoice.
