Photo booth prices, DJ rates and everything else we run, in one place, with what each package includes. All prices include GST. Bartenders, letters, projection and AV depend on your venue and date, so those are quoted in writing, usually the same day.
Photo, GIF and mirror booths
All prices include GST, so the price you see is the price you pay. Hours are the only difference between packages: the attendant, prints, props, your custom design, an online gallery and set-up and removal are in every one. Add-ons are quoted to your event.

The DJ and the booth are the same crew
Most companies that offer a DJ alongside a photo booth are subcontracting one of them. You get two suppliers, two arrival times, two people to chase, and nobody who owns the whole night.
We run both. One quote, one contact, one bump-in, and a DJ who knows the booth is open so the two are not competing for the same guests. The booth gets timed around the speeches rather than through them.
Bundle pricing is quoted to your hours. Tell us what you need and we will price the combination rather than adding two invoices together. Planning a launch, expo or Christmas party? Corporate activations are quoted as one complete package.

How pricing and booking work
Do the prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on this site includes GST, so the price you see is the price you pay. If you need a tax invoice, for a company booking for example, it shows the GST inside the price.
What deposit do you take?
A non-refundable deposit of $250, GST included, confirms your booking and counts towards the total. Your date is not held until it is paid. The balance is due at least seven days before your event.
How do we secure our date?
Send your date, venue and what you want booked. We confirm availability and send a written quote with the hours and inclusions set out. The date is held once the deposit is paid, not when the quote is sent, so on a popular Saturday it is worth settling quickly.
Are delivery and set-up extra?
No. Delivery, set-up and removal within the Sydney metro area are included in every package. Your hours start when the booth or the music is running, not when we arrive. For Sydney CBD events we need a loading zone or a parking spot close to the venue to bring the equipment in and out. The easiest way is for the host to arrange this with the venue, for example a loading dock, a permit or a reserved bay. If that isn't possible, we park as close as we can and pass the parking cost on at cost, usually $60 to $100 depending on the location and time of day. It goes into your quote, so there are no surprises on the night.
Is there anything else we need to provide?
A power point near where the equipment is going, and a supplier meal for our staff at any event of three hours or more, to the same standard as your guests. That is standard across the industry and it is in our terms.
Can we add hours on the night?
Usually, yes, provided the venue allows it and we are not double-booked afterwards. Extra hours are $165 for booths and $275 for DJ hire. Ask about extending when you book rather than at eleven o'clock, so the crew and the gear are held for it.
Do you travel outside Sydney?
Yes, anywhere in Australia. Delivery, set-up and removal are included within the Sydney metro area. Beyond that the travel is quoted with the booking rather than added afterwards, so a regional wedding, a Southern Highlands venue or an interstate corporate event all work the same way. Tell us the venue and it goes in the quote.
Is it cheaper to book more than one service?
Booking the DJ, a booth and the bar together means one contact, one quote, one invoice and one bump-in instead of three. Tell us everything you are considering and we will price the combination rather than quoting each piece separately.
